POTENCIAL COMBUSTÍVEIS

With a network of 150 branded service stations and a presence in more than 2,000 municipalities across Southern and Southeastern Brazil, Potencial Combustíveis stands out as one of the country’s leading fuel distributors. Through 12 strategically located branches across the South, Southeast, and Central-West regions, we ensure agility and extensive market coverage for independent service stations, large-scale consumers, and fuel resellers. We provide certified, high-quality products, operate a monitored company-owned fleet, and rely on an experienced, dedicated team. In addition, we offer technical support to our retail partners, contributing to their sustainable growth and strengthening Brazil’s fuel distribution network.

POTENCIAL AGRO

In 2026, Potencial Agro inaugurated one of the largest soybean crushing plants in Brazil, with the capacity to process 3,500 tons of soybeans per day, totaling 1.15 million tons annually—equivalent to approximately 5% of Paraná’s soybean production. Backed by an initial investment of R$1.7 billion, the facility will create 250 direct jobs and 3,000 indirect jobs, boosting the regional economy. This represents the largest investment in Grupo Potencial’s history and reinforces its strategy of leading the biodiesel production chain. The operation will also help reduce animal feed costs, benefiting poultry and livestock producers in Paraná, Brazil’s leading poultry-producing state and one of the country’s largest pork producers.

JETA

Founded in 2012, Jeta Combustíveis is a Grupo Potencial company specializing in fuel distribution as a Transporter-Retail Reseller (TRR), with a strong presence in the state of Paraná. Authorized by Brazil’s National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), the company supplies bulk fuels in fractional quantities through direct deliveries to businesses, industries, and rural properties with speed, safety, and efficiency. As part of one of Brazil’s largest renewable energy groups, Jeta combines certified quality, operational excellence, and a customer-focused approach. Its modern, monitored fleet and highly trained drivers ensure safe, reliable, and on-time deliveries while meeting the industry’s highest standards.

BWT

Founded in 2017, BWT Transporte e Logística S.A. is a Grupo Potencial company specializing in the road transportation of hazardous materials, bulk liquid cargo, maritime containers, and ISO tanks. Operating nationwide, BWT combines a modern infrastructure with a highly qualified team to deliver safe, customized, and efficient logistics solutions focused on quality, regulatory compliance, and reliability throughout every stage of transportation. Its fleet is equipped with state-of-the-art onboard technology, and the company is certified by SASSMAQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Assessment System), reinforcing its position as a benchmark in fuel and chemical logistics.

BWI

BWI is an independent international trading company specializing in petrochemicals, biofuels, and fossil fuels, with a strategic presence in Brazil and strong operations across major global markets. As part of Grupo Potencial, the company delivers efficient, customized, and competitive logistics solutions, connecting Brazil to the world through operational excellence and a forward-looking approach. Since 2018, BWI has played an important role in strengthening international trade and supporting the energy transition, handling more than 100 containers and 5,000 metric tons of products per month. In rapid expansion, the company recorded 500% growth between 2024 and 2025, establishing itself as a leading energy and chemical trading company.

BTAR

BTAR (Betim Storage Terminal) is Grupo Potencial’s company-owned storage terminal in the state of Minas Gerais. Strategically located in Betim, within the Greater Belo Horizonte metropolitan area, the terminal enjoys direct access via the Fernão Dias Highway. With a static storage capacity of 22 million liters and the ability to handle up to 120 million liters per month, BTAR is currently expanding its operations to increase capacity by up to 20% by 2026. Equipped with advanced technology, comprehensive infrastructure, and safe, efficient operations—including a large, secure parking area—the terminal represents a R$100 million investment and generates more than 100 jobs, reinforcing Grupo Potencial’s commitment to logistics excellence, innovation, and sustainable regional development.

BWSP

BWSP is a Grupo Potencial company specializing in port logistics, back-port operations, and container transportation and storage. Located in Paranaguá, Paraná, the company operates within one of Brazil’s most important logistics corridors. BWSP was established to integrate, streamline, and optimize key stages of the logistics chain, delivering efficiency, safety, and high-performance solutions for the transportation and storage of containerized cargo, with a particular focus on liquid cargo.
