With the founding of Potencial Agro in 2012, in the city of Lapa (PR), we laid the foundations of an integrated and sustainable ecosystem. In our operations, we unite agribusiness, industry, and technological innovation with the purpose of providing clean, renewable, and affordable energy for Brazil and the world.

New Projects: Building the Future of Sustainable Energy in Brazil

We are expanding our operations with the construction of a soybean crushing plant, a new glycerin production facility, and a major expansion of our biodiesel plant, along with strategic infrastructure projects such as the pipeline connection between Lapa and Araucária, scheduled for completion by 2030.

Investing in Biodiesel: A Pioneering Vision

Our commitment to biodiesel was visionary. This renewable fuel offers a practical alternative to fossil fuels while playing a key role in reducing carbon emissions.

In 2020, Potencial was recognized by Brazil’s National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) as the largest biodiesel producer in Brazil, reaching a production capacity of 2.5 million liters per day—a milestone achieved through continuous investment and a long-term strategic vision.
