Our Code of Conduct and Culture is a foundational document that establishes the guidelines and behavioral standards expected from all our company’s employees. It reflects our values and ethical principles, serving as a guide for decision-making and interaction between members of the organization, as well as with customers, suppliers, and other interested parties.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In 2024, the companies Potencial Combustíveis and Potencial Agro renewed their Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification.

Planning for competency development and employee recognition is guided by the Leadership Development Program (PDL) and the Annual Training Plan (LPAT).

The Potencial Group created the “Women with Potencial” program, which since 2024 has encouraged the transformation and growth of female leadership within the company. The initiative has brought concrete results, with improvements in representational equality.

ISO 14001:2014 Potencial Agro ISO 14001 is an international standard that defines the requirements for an efficient Environmental Management System (EMS), serving as a valuable tool for organizations to control their environmental impacts, enhancing their performance and improving efficiency. Its adoption plays an important role in promoting a sustainable future.
ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Potencial Agro ISO/IEC 17025 is an international standard that specifies the requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. It establishes guidelines to ensure that laboratories are capable of producing valid and precise results based on quality management and technical compliance practices. The standard covers aspects such as quality management, technical competence of personnel, equipment reliability, process quality control, and the guarantee of result reliability. ISO 39001:2015 BWT Transporte ISO 39001 specifies the requirements for a road safety management system to allow an organization that interacts with the road system to reduce deaths and serious injuries related to traffic accidents. Verifiable items include, for example, guidance for drivers to travel within speed limits and route planning to ensure the most appropriate routes, speeds, and driving hours.
ISCC-EU Potencial Agro ISCC EU offers a verification and traceability system that helps companies ensure their processes meet international standards for sustainability and the reduction of environmental impacts. The primary goal of ISCC is to ensure that these products are produced sustainably, meeting environmental, social, and economic criteria, such as reducing carbon emissions, respecting human rights, and preserving biodiversity.
RENOVABIO Potencial Agro RenovaBio is the National Biofuels Policy, established by Law No. 13,576/2017, and aims to provide an important contribution to the fulfillment of commitments determined by Brazil under the Paris Agreement; promote the adequate expansion of biofuels in the energy matrix, with an emphasis on regular fuel supply, and ensure predictability for the fuel market, inducing gains in energy efficiency and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in the production, commercialization, and use of biofuels.
SASSMAQ BWT Transporte SASSMAQ certification (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Assessment System) is a recognized standard that evaluates company performance, focusing on operational safety and the implementation of practices aimed at minimizing or eliminating accident risks. The certification also contributes to strengthening the safety culture in companies, encouraging the adoption of sustainable practices and compliance with national and international regulatory standards, promoting a safer, healthier, and more efficient work environment.
MOVER-IPIRANGA BWT Transporte The MOVER program consists of a complete evaluation including more than 30 indicators, taking into account the safety, efficiency, and productivity criteria of each contracted carrier. MOVER encourages best technological practices applied to the sector, enhances travel risk management, and improves fleet management. Based on the results, carriers are classified according to their positioning, with recognition and rewards in different categories.
Arla 32 Potencial Arla Arla 32 is an essential reducing agent for diesel-powered vehicles, with the main function of reducing the emission of pollutant gases, such as nitrogen oxides (NOx), in the combustion process. In addition to its positive impact on public health and the environment, the use of Arla 32 also favors diesel engine efficiency, as the SCR system helps optimize the performance and longevity of vehicles. The implementation of technologies like this is a fundamental step toward the transition to more sustainable mobility, meeting the demand for solutions that combine vehicle performance with the preservation of the planet.
